It was so incredibly overwhelming with all of the various quotes I was getting from moving companies.  Some were flat rate, others were ridiculous hourly rates, or had all of these extra costs. One guy quoted me 2 days to move a one bedroom,100 miles away.  I had to create a spreadsheet just to keep track! I received a quote from EasyBusy, and grilled the poor gentleman on the other end of the phone.  One thing that none of the movers would give me is a range for how long it will take to load in a 1-bedroom apartment.  When they're charging you hourly for that work, it's an impossible bottomless pit of money that you are going to be charged and it's very stressful.  When I expressed that I just needed to get a range to help me figure out how much cash to have on hand that day, he was able to tell give me some basics to help lower the stress level (slightly).  The day of the move Sergei gave me a call to let me know that they were on their way and would be there in 15 minutes.  3 guys and the truck arrived on-time and were able to load in the truck in 3 hours, including taking doors off of a refrigerator to get it out of the house.  They were careful, efficient, really fast not to mention incredibly professional and friendly.   The unloading was pretty speedy as well and all in and all we got it done in good time.  I would highly recommend this moving company. read less

Professional, very reasonably priced, upfront on all costs & includes all perks- wrapping, blankets, and a hard working amazing crew.  Not a penny over estimate, handled everything with utmost care, on time and hard working, very friendly, nice guys. Received phone calls leading up to service and never had a question. Initially, I was going for someone local but I'm glad I searched and found them. Highly, definitely recommend. I saw on another site how they handled a minor complaint and was so impressed with their transparent, honest and overwhelming good nature.. going above and beyond, so figured they would be great. I must say initially the estimate was provided over the telephone. The owner was extremely professional and helpful. The big day of the move we received a call from the former giving us an ETA. They arrived on time and were introduced one by one. These guys were serious about getting the job done. The workers were: Jorge-foreman, Larry, Vlad and Santos. They all worked extremely hard and was overly cautious about our furniture and our new walls and floors.I strongly recommend this company for movers.Keep up the good work  and thank y'all so much for your services at a reasonable cost. read less

Their truck had twice the space than the stuff we had from our 1BR apt. They were really fast and took excellent care of our furniture. They wrapped everything up in moving blankets that they had. They offered wardrobe boxes for our clothes. Will definitely recommend to everyone. They even charged for less time and less than we expected. read less

They arrived on time even texted me a few minutes prior to arrival. Richard and his crew were fast, pleasant and fun to work with, worked very efficient and organized. My move was more than 25 miles with two drop-off stops for my stuff and they had the truck organized perfectly to pull the correct items at each stop for fast unloading. This company had the best price I could find and they did not waste time during this move which is sometimes a concern when you pay by the hour. Eugene at the office was easy to deal with and answered all of my questions beforehand and confirmed the move on the day before to ensure we were good to go. Great company to work with, moving was actually fun with these guys and I will recommend them. read less

Absolute garbage moTwo days, one day to pack, one day to move. Sounds simple - but only if! The movers are very nice, very polite. That's kind of about it. They move unbelievably slow. The first day was supposed to be for packing. Welp, they didn't really finish packing that first 8 hour day - maybe 50%. And that was with 3 guys. Then the second day they show up with 5 guys and it took 12 hours to finally pack up and move. But it gets worse. They try to back in their truck into our drive way and literally backed it INTO our driveway taking the concrete slab with them. But wait, it gets even worse. We have a $6,000 sleep number bed. These morons couldn't pack or assemble it correctly - at all. On the night we want to go to bed, guess what, it doesn't work - at all. Moral of the story - you are better off getting some help from the guys at the Home Depot parking lot. Save yourself the headache. UPDATE: The management of this company acknowledged my issues and worked to resolve them. Mistakes happen, but it's the fact that they worked to fix them as much as possible that matters. I've upped my initial rating because of their good customer service. read less

Everything from calling for reservation to the end. I called a few 5 star moving companies in Pasadena and EasyBusy was the one with the best rates and easiest to communicate with. The movers arrived on time. They were fast, efficient and pleasant. Our new house is on 3 levels with lots of stairs and narrow hallways. They handled everything professionally amd carefully and took heavy furniture to the third floor with a smile on their lips. Once they were done, we paid for the time they had spent with us plus the driving time (which Eugine explained to me clearly when I first called). There were no hidden fees. And that was it! Easybusy made our moving experience a lot better. I highly recommend them. read less

They came on time and worked hard. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Nothing was damaged and they made my move so easy. I got a few quotes from other companies and Easybusy charged me less for 3 movers than other companies did for 2. And with other companies, they charge you for a full hour if they go over even by a minute. Not here. They took 3.5 hours and that's exactly what they charged me for. The 2 gentleman that assisted us in moving we're very patient and respectful young men. They had to climb up to the 3rd floor of 1 building then down and up to the 2nd floor of another building. They never complained or were negative, not one time. They came well prepared for the move and offered to assist however they could by putting boxes in designated rooms they also took apart and put together furniture such as couches and our  bedroom set. Not one item was scratched or marked as they took good care of our stuff. They were obviously prideful in the service they provide. Three men arrived at 8:30 and finished by 11:45 (for a one bedroom apt). VERY efficient. They did not slack at all, and were very professional- this includes the drive time from Alhambra to Tujunga. I had stopped at 711 to purchase waters on my way over, thinking I had enough time as they were in a truck. However, they arrived as soon as I got to my new location! Very impressed by their worth ethic. I've heard horror stories about moving companies, and was hesitant to hire anyone. So glad and thankful for their help! read less

I had projects before my moving day so I didn't have the time to pack, didn't sleep the night before, I was super tired and starting to get sick. This guys came in, help me pack everything, handle everything carefully but time efficient. Only one thing broke, they took full responsibility for it and ask me if I wanted the value of the broken thing reimbursed or if they should get me a new one. They wrapped my boxes so they wouldn't get wet in the pouring rain. They didn't even take a lunch break. They were extremely careful about moving things out & in.
